Academia Surpacifico Quito

Quito is the Ecuadorian capital and one of Academia Surpacifico's travelling classroom destinations. Classes take place in an Academia Surpacifico partner school located in a peaceful residential area, close to various shops, banks, restaurants and the Carolina park.

The travelling classroom course offers students the possibility to combine learning Spanish with travelling around Ecuador. In this program, you will visit four destinations, spending one week in each. You will begin in Quito then have the choice between Cuenca or the Amazon for your second week, before going to Manta and then Montañita in the second half of your trip. Alternatively, you can also choose to book just one week of Spanish lessons in any Academia Surpacifico school of your choice.

The week in Quito consists of 20 hours of group Spanish lessons. Outside your classes, the school will provide you with an activity program. This may include a tour of the city, cooking or salsa classes, walks and a trip to the 'centre of the earth' (the equator). Your Spanish teachers at Academia Surpacifico all have a University diploma and five years or more of experience teaching Spanish.
