COINED Santiago offers high-quality Spanish classes, including business Spanish, medical Spanish and group courses combined with salsa lessons.
The school is housed in a beautiful restored colonial building that was built in 1925 by Ricardo Larrain Bravo, a well-known architect of the period. Today it is one of Santiago’s national monuments and welcomes students with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The school is located in the popular Providencia neighborhood close to attractive parks, museums and restaurants. The metro station Baquedano is only a few minutes’ walk away, from where you can easily visit any part of the city including Santiago’s most famous tourist spots. Students like to meet on the school’s rooftop terrace, from where there is a wonderful view of the Andes.
COINED Santiago’s teachers are all trained and experienced in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. COINED selects its teachers for their competence, their experience and their energy in the classroom. The combination of their professionalism and the small number of students in each course means that students at COINED have the optimal conditions for making fast Spanish progress.
The COINED Santiago team organizes daily activities such as tours of the city, museum visits, vineyard tours and cueca (Chile’s national dance) lessons. Students can take part in some of these activities for free while others are offered at a reduced price. The team can also help you to plan your own activities for your free time, such as weekend excursions, if you wish.
