Part of the COINED group of Spanish language schools who have schools all over Latin America, COINED Montevideo enables you to combine your language lessons with activities to learn more about the country and its culture.
The school is located in a pretty colonial house in the ‘Parque Rodo’ district. The beach and city centre are only a short walk away and there are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the visual art museums, the ‘Teatre de Verano’ outdoor theatre and the national library. Students interested in playing sport after their lessons can visit the neighborhood’s leisure centre.
At COINED, the teachers are carefully selected for their professionalism, experience and passion for teaching. They are all specially trained to teach Spanish as a foreign language and their experience, coupled with the small class sizes, provides a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
For your free time, the COINED team organizes various activities including tours of the city, film nights, beach trips and excursions in the surrounding area. The school’s staff can also help you to plan your own program of activities, such as for the weekends, if you wish.
