With a medieval atmosphere and touches of modernity, Galway poses a style which invokes a bohemian feeling. Located right on the Bay of Galway, the city invites you to wander by its sea shore and take part in its numerous cultural activities. During the summer months, festivals follow one after another, making this the best part of the year to visit Galway. The city is also the ideal starting point for trips to explore the beautiful Irish landscapes and coastline and learn a new language whilst making friends all over the country.
The summer camp at Atlantic Language Galway boasts intensive English classes which involve various cultural activities, making it the perfect combination of learning and fun. The English lessons given during the course will help students focus on areas such as grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
With the intention of creating a balance between sporting, cultural and social activities, the course includes a number of activities during the afternoons and evenings and a whole day excursion on the weekend every week. Activities offered include Irish Dancing, movie nights, karaoke, disco and stories of myths and legends of Ireland amongst others.
All of the teachers at Atlantic Language are equipped with a university degree and TEFL certificate (Teaching English as a Foreign Language).
